Ahh, it seems that my regional scouts were on that list too.  Well, that was money well spent.....

You also have had ample time to pitch these players as have Teej before they became public knowledge. In fact you could have REGIONALLY SCOUTED players all season. The players who have been regionally scouted have always become availble for general signing after a season has ended.
