If I read it correctly, we're doing 10 rounds of the fantasy style draft to fill 10 total spots and then the amateur draft for the last 2.

Roster stuff is still up in the air as Im trying to see what I can do with an 8 man roster, as I too would rather have the 8 man set up,  unless its going to be a pain in my butt.

honest bro , if it to hard , just go with the 12 man roster.  just like real life there are going to be players that are not going to be use much , plus it would be great way to say grab a young player and have him sit for year or two get some seasoning without having to break him be starting him to early in his career.

I Agree, I'd like 8 man rosters, but 12 adds a different dynamic, and if its easier, roll with it.

I'm assuming that you're having to create rosters from scratch.

It does mess with the scoring averages a little but I think those can be tinkered with as well.
