Will scouting someone on your own team as you mentioned in the thread take up a "scouting" spot?

Gonna be interesting to see if all these teams that are signing a 3rd coach will run into PR issues with their players. Seeing as how its not a requirement, I'm waiting until I have a full roster and then I'll ignore Talons FA coach list and ask a random old player.
