I only know quiffy as vagina farts, I assumed though that calling him quiffy was the same as sunny or sparky, a word used to generically refer to someone

When I googled it, the only thing that popped was the Urban Dictionary that said:

"another name for a queer. also known as someone who is gay"

The vaginal fart is called a queef. Not a quiffy.
