Nah, you've been appointed as the GM of the River Bandits. Once offseason is upon you, stuff like the expansion draft/college draft will start and you'll be able to go through and draft players. Plus, since you've got an expansion team, you get 6 free scouting reports w/no bias whatsoever to use as you see fit on the college draft guys.

I have no idea.  But I saw the term "Former Soldier" and wanted to prevent Prancy from getting a player who was going to be pissed because of someone not realizing he was in a different branch of the military than was thought.  Most people in the real world would likely write it off as a whatever, but in the FBL that tends to not be the case.  lol.
