time for me to wave my dick around cuz' i think this is awesome.

As promised, here it is......















as u can see, its completely made out of chocolate; board included. it took me 9 hrs 47 min start to finish using 1lb 6.5 oz milk chocolate, 1lb 5.5 oz dark chocolate, and 3lbs 0.5oz pastel white chocolate made just today. if u look close enuff, u can see some mistakes here n there but for a first try in a house kitchen compared to a commercial kitchen. all things considered it doesnt look bad at all. VOTE FOR ME and it could be urs :-p.

So it's not often I contribute here. But something awesome happened today. I got nominated for a distinguished teaching award at my university. Won't know if I won or lost for a couple months but I'm quite thrilled just to have been nominated.

ive got that in the works as well, from nougat, to pie, to cheesecake, even BACON yes thats rite, bacon! wasabi, and chocolate dipped jalapenos, the list goes on. ill keep ya updated.
